Frequently Asked Questions
Questions about pool service, answered directly.
What areas do you service?
All of Broward County and Palm Beach County, Florida — see our full service area list for every town.
How much does weekly pool service cost?
It depends on pool size, equipment, and condition. We do a free on-site assessment before quoting so the price is accurate, not a rough guess.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — FL DBPR License #RP0024455 and Broward County Contractor License #78-1179-PM, fully insured for residential and commercial work.
Do you offer one-time cleanings, or only ongoing service?
Both. Most customers are on a weekly or bi-weekly plan, but we also handle one-time cleanups, storm recovery, and pre-sale pool inspections.
Can you work with my HOA or property management company?
Yes — a large part of our business is HOA, condo association, and commercial property service, with documentation provided on request.
Do you offer free inspections for commercial pools?
Yes — a free, no-obligation DOH-ready inspection that checks your pool against Florida Department of Health requirements before an inspector does. See our Commercial Pool Service page for details.
Can I text instead of calling?
Yes — (954) 475-1400 takes texts as well as calls. Text us a photo of the problem and we'll usually respond faster than email.
How fast can you respond to a repair call?
Next-day service is available for most of our service area. Call us directly for the fastest read on timing for your address.
Do you provide the pool chemicals?
Yes, chemicals are included in most maintenance plans and dosed based on actual water testing at each visit.
What if I'm switching from another pool company?
We handle the transition — just have your current equipment info ready and we'll take it from there at your next scheduled visit.
