Bill Adams founded Guardian Pools in 1965 and was active in the company until the year 2000 when he turned the management over to Lance Thibideau. Five years later, Lance became President and Managing Partner. Today, Lance manages Guardian Pools, oversees the day-to-day operation and being a “hands-on manager” he is easily accessible.
